Working on some stuff for my internship- not sure which of these color schemes is really working for me.

The second half of that self portrait my teacher was asking for, the first one is traditional, and using the reference I made this caricature. As for the color, I just loved how manic the reference was and liked splitting them up into little broken personalities.
Spent a couple hours just looking at our lovely model today and put this in my sketchbook.
At my school the Illustrators make trading cards of the various faculty, here is the start of my contribution. He’s got those Gendo Ikari glasses.
